Grit Selection
Our Polishing Segments are Available in different grits : 16,24,36,46,60,80,100,120,180,220,280,320,400,600,800,1000,1200.In order to simplify,we have assigned certain grit sizes a number,which reflects the normal sequence of usage :
- -gr 16/24 = Nr.0 -gr 36/46 = Nr.1 -gr 120 = Nr.2
- -gr 200/320 = Nr.3 -gr 400/600 = Nr.4 -gr 800 = Nr.5 -gr 1200 = Nr.6

140mm Fickert : For Slab Polishing line and Hand Polishing Machine
130mm Fickert / 170mm Fickert: For Tile polishing line
150 dia Chamfering : LHS/RHS : For Edge Polishing
Hardness
These Segments are manufactured in 3 degrees of hardness,according to the letters assigned as below :
- -B = Soft -R = Medium Soft -D = Hard
Bond
- * Soft bond for harder material
- * Hard bond for softer material
